I would usually hate to see anyone gain so much weight back after doing so well. But I still maintain that Ben was the biggest narcissist I have ever witnessed in all my life. I hope he is focused on his family now, during his time on social media he embarrassed them all and degraded hid wife. I think we can all gather that he didn’t just sniff the pizza and passed it on

I'm pretty certain that when hydratem8 offered him the ad chance they didn't expect him to only use the bottle to tip water over his head to make him look sweaty.

Also, how can he promote the bottle now his page is private? It's just the same people seeing the same advert over and over again..

I read he was “bullied” at work. He had an accident at some point too. He has anxiety and depression.

Isn’t it crazy we know so much about complete strangers? These nutters share details of their lives to the world, public. Every share is another piece of the jigsaw puzzle and before you know it, you know all about them. I would be mortified if strangers knew anything about me, my social media is completely private, only friends can see it.

He’s probs on long term sick, pulling the depression card. I hope his employers see his very public Instagram account.

I truly hope he’s not pulling the depression and anxiety card to be off sick. That’s sick in itself. You can clearly see from his very public life he is out and about, he was travelling to meet people he barely knew. If he can do that with depression he can bloody well work.

My other half has severe depression and anxiety. His old job was the cause of it so I actually advised him to hand his notice in and supported us both for a few months while he got better. In those months he barely left the house and did not want to see anyone. After 2 months though he started looking for work and took any job he could get until he found one for his skills. Fast forward 6 months and he was settled in a new job suited to his skills and loves it. He’s not had what we call a ‘wobble’ for 18 months, where he’d sleep all day for a week+ and not go out, wash, eat or barely speak. He definitely would not want to ride a bike.

I understand everyone is different but Ben is obviously not doing much at all on the work front and I think it’s purely because he is a lazy nob jockey that thinks he is above working for other people. When you’re out of work you take anything that’s available. What an utter nob rot he is. He’s a poor example of a father and husband with no work ethic at all.

Yesterday he really proved what a twat he is. Not once did he mention that the award was shared and that there was only two of them in the group so it was by default. He’s piled on so much weight he definitely does not deserve man of the year. Especially with the encouragement of eating piles and piles of free foods.

The award definitely needs a new title as Ben is not a Man. A real man does not over share his children on social media, especially with the word #foodporn associated with their photo. He doesn’t work so he doesn’t support his family. And he tries it on with any woman that gives him any glimmer of attention.

Ben you are not a man. You are a lying waste of space.

I don't go on his page much these days only if a comment is made here but I've just gone and looked and he was bought a Harry Potter large lego set for doing his daughters bedroom ? He's her fucking dad... it's his fucking job.... he doesn't work so why should he be rewarded for doing stuff round the house ... ?!! My husband works from 7am till 6pm sometimes later and has re-decorated our bedroom and built new furniture.... do I need to buy him a present ? He'd look at me like I was some kind of nutter if I did..... he's such a prick (Ben... not my hubby lol!)

Hello you wonderful lot!

Well it’s been a while. For some reason the big guy popped into my head the other day so I thought I’d try and see how he was getting on.

Well his Instagram hasn’t been active for a very long time. But I did have a nosey on his Facebook. He doesn’t post photos of himself any more so that’s all the evidence we need he is well and truly off the bandwagon now.

I also found a couple of posts of interest. He’s been diagnosed with sleep apnoea, very common in those overweight. And a photo actually showing him… well ok, it’s his arm. But it’s a bloody chunky one.

I also spotted his sister is back to her Old shape too, which is a shame as she came across quite well. She didn’t have a massive ego through her weight loss, unlike her brother. She looks happy though, recently married.

It seems the mighty Ben has fallen. Normally I’d feel for someone that’s gone backwards but Ben and his egotistical ways has prevented that, oh and his reluctance to work for a living.
