I think Mike told the guests on purpose because he wanted more airtime . I think that’s his main goal really as clearly yacht work is not for him !!
it’s stupid really that people who don’t care about yachting use BD as a way to try and get famous . To be a “star” in the BD space and break through , you really need to be a repeat cast member who keeps coming back . If you’re tit at your job and get fired , you’re unlikely to be invited back . People like Mike who are just in it for the fame will generally just be one season wonders . In a years time we’ll be saying “remember that weird Geordie deck/stew who had all that botched filler? What was his name again?”
