They’re all pretty temperamental in their own ways (below deck across the franchises have had some corkers!) and I wouldn’t say he’s that bad on the scale. He’s also a good chef, it’s rare people say anything other than very good things about his food. Plus I think chefs are probably given more leeway because no one else on that boat can do what they do and the hours are the worst.

Also about the chefs down under last season and this season are the only times in all the franchises to have “sous” chefs so the chefs normally just fight with the chief stew kinda feel like they did it to bring more drama because they know chefs on boats are rouge already so just run with it

She's such a witch! Instead of just trying to sort it out with Ben, she goes running to Jason, I think it's about time Jason started to be more tough on them. Jason is great in lots of ways, he’s a team player, he tries to play to and encourage peoples strengths plus he’s nice to look at of course but he’s poor when it comes to ‘making a stand’ so to speak with poor behaviour, he doesn’t seem to have hard lines with very much. Worse, dare I say it, with attractive women (alesia…)
I felt bad for Ben. Ellie’s got a terrible temper & she’s a bully. And that boy and his bothersome hair - Mike is so annoying!

It's very always had a soft-spot for Ben. He's just very British, middle-class, posh boy, and he thinks he's Peter Pan.
I think the struggles he's had so far this season are due to the personal problems he's had prior to the season.
