So, for me this weeks' episode has confirmed the following:
Mike is equal parts deluded and lazy
Alesia is messy as fuck and takes zero responsibility
Joao is right and Daisy needs to adapt her management style to get the best out of the employees
The real Ellie is coming out ...

Ya I can’t stand Mike, he’s a lazy, imo deeply misogynistic prick (and I HATE the way he keeps grabbing at Ellie to pull her in for kisses when she’s clearly brushing him off, he went for her neck the first time like wtf?!) BUT daisy was a wanker for treating them so differently about the exact same issue. Maybe alesia has a better track record but if it’s a clear ‘the boat was a shithole last night, do better’ chat, she should’ve treated them equally imo. Shes a poor manager.

Both Alesia AND Mike should have been called out for leaving the mess. It wasn't fair to leave all of that for the morning crew. Alesia rolls out a few tears and always manages to get out of trouble and get her way. I love Ben, but it was shitty of him to leave the cleaning up to Ellie (even though Ellie probably deserved it for the shit she pulled last time she was on BD.)

I cannot believe Alesia gave Jason an ultimatum. Saying how she goes to work for Daisy or she leaves. Girl. Fuck off then. And Jason just bending over?
& Imagine you’re her boyfriend! She should be ashamed of how she’s treating both him and Ed (is that his name?) And Jenna. That text she sent to him was soooo toxic. Mind you his reply was horrid too.

Ben is a cunt as well. Literally makes my skin crawl. Horrible man

Joao and Ellie used to do my head in and they’re actually preferable to all the other regulars this season. Talk about a redemption arc.

I had a dream about Ellie last night. She had cut her hair into a longish bob and softened the colour with some lowlights and she looked amazing

The way I laughed when Ellie stormed off to the captain.

I know she hated the pet names ben kept calling her and I get she snapped at that but she never told him prior not to. And I don't fully get what he did to tip her over the edge in that moment.

Read on Reddit this week about Allesia and Jason perhaps having had an off-boat romance prior to the season - or something with Allessia’s identical twin sister. Either way - yeah, weird chemistry there. What a hilarious shit show this week was!

A few eps ago, when Jason was dealing with Allesia not coping in the kitchen, he said (I'm paraphrasing) it was difficult due to his personal relationship or connection with her, saying that he'd even met her sister.

He is a chef, most chefs seem to be like this from what the show had portrayed and what you hear happens in real life. He has been pretty tame compared to his earlier season.
