Total hypothesis, but if this was the same boat Tzarina got 'fired' from then that would make so much sense, Lara having the captain's
Oh yes! I completely forgot about that. That'd make sense why she felt comfortable telling Tzarina about the dream cos it wouldn't be a shock to her if she knows she's got previous.

Listening to what Marina said in her stories about Tzarina has me wondering if Lara got a bad edit…. All the crew seem to be siding with Lara/ have fallen out with Tzarina 
Didn't Marina and Tzarina have a bit of a rivalry due to Wihan at the beginning. There's no smoke without fire, they can't give someone a bad edit unless they have enough footage to do so, and they certainly did with Lara. Granted, we probably have only seen a very one sided story and potentially not seen all of Tzarina's antics.
