Vegas is on my bucket list of places to go to and to me she doesn't appreciate it for what it is. Personally I feel as though she enjoys telling people she's going to/in Vegas because she thinks it makes her sound posh.

Go and see some sights, have a flutter in the casinos by all means... Maybe see a show, or explore a bit.

Don’t be put off Los Vegus by Becky, loads of brilliant places to go, hoover dam, lake Mead, Grand Canyon, red rock canyon, Death Valley (albeit a couple hours drive through amazing scenery) Fremont street for old Vegas, neon lights museum. We used Vegas mainly as a base, still had a flutter in the casinos, watched the high roller poker games and marvelled at some of the sights in the hotels, cocktails at the rooftop at the Rio and caught a show. We didn’t go to supermarkets or sweet shops

She’s been loads of times to Vegas so she might not want to do all the touristy stuff and buying bits that you can’t get over here.
Vegas only needs 5 days if you’ve been before.

Ahh I hadn't realised she had been before. Fair do, I suppose everyone is different and enjoy different things on their holiday. I thought this was her first time
