It’s a massive scam but he’s probably got a copy pasted blurb that gets sent out to anyone who invests money saying something along the lines of the money is at risk and the individual has to sign and tick boxes to say they agree leaving them at loss when he does what he says he said he was going to do with the money but only profits from the interest
