Out of curiosity does anyone know if she’s qualified to teach this “nutrition and gut health course”? Haven’t been following her for long
I did a quick Google search and technically personal trainers are not allowed to offer nutritional advice and detailed meal plans. Personal trainers are only allowed to suggest nutritional changes relevant to an individual fitness goal. In Ireland only dieticians are allowed to medically prescribe nutrition plans and assess, diagnose and treat dietary and nutritional problems for an individual.

Personally as an artist this industry is being killed by ai and to see an influencer use ai art for their book is so disheartening!! I know myself if I seen someone who was writing a book for charity who needed illustrations I would do my best to help out?
