Imagine if the presenters were forced to take their traffic people with them when they left. That would see to Sally, Richie and Ellie.

Owain is another one I can’t stand. The whole ‘drumming weatherman’ thing was annoying enough but now he’s everywhere.
When Chris left he took his team with him and when Zoe left, Richie left breakfast too thankfully. It will be interesting to see if a new team come along when Sara starts!
I sometimes pop the radio on if I can’t sleep and he is dreadful at 4am so i can see why he does that shift!

Have u guys seen the news about Radio 2 moving the dates of Radio 2 in the park. All seems unorganised not realising other festivals are on at the same time. No definite date in September yet.
I saw that. I was surprised that it was so disorganised as to have that happen. They have ran it for years with no issue.
That time of year you have the Edinburgh festivals on for the whole of August & lots of mini festival dotted about Scotland going on. I thought the radio 2 thing was always in September.

Even the older/legacy acts that the like to get will be fully booked for summer.
I saw Mark and Lard live on their tour this week. I'd forgotten so many of the little gems with which they peppered their shows.
I loved them together, but I do enjoy Saturday and Sunday mornings on 6 Music - great chat and music.
I went to in Glasgow with sum mates last year it was so much fun. Many teenage/studentv memories came back that night.
