GotchaThe point is that Johnny Depp v The Sun was not about whether he was an abuser or not, it was whether The Sun had a reasonable expectation that he was based on the information they had at the time they printed the article. The US trial was a different issue as that was about whether he had abused Amber Heard and it was clear to any reasonable person that followed the trial that Amber was the abuser.
I think this is most definitely a situation of confirmation bias - when the story breaks everyone says "Look at this photo, he's a wrong un!" Then when it seems like the story might be fake, the same people go "I could always tell that photo was fake."People are saying it looks like a deep fake

I read the photo (if real) is from someone else who has had paid ‘interactions’ with him. The account on twitter which initially posted it said this.So where did the picture of HE’s bare arse come from if this is all hogwash?
The picture can only come from one of 2 sources. The boy (who’s claiming all this is fake) or the mum.AI generated pictures are normally very bad with hands. I'm 50/50 on the validity of that picture but I need more analysis on the lighting and textures and whatever than running it through some app to say it's definitely fake
