To me her nose looks slimmer and better but surly she hasn’t had her nose done? My guess is good filler and Botox around the mouth and cheeks

Because you can’t get filler when you’re breastfeeding. So she’s lied to the injector or there’s someone out there dumb enough to do it knowing she is BFing
