I was just saying on a different forum that this seems to be the manifestation guru buzzword of the moment! It’s as if they’ve all just discovered they have something called a nervous system. If only they’d paid attention in biology. I feel like nervous system is the new ‘gut health’: the source of all ailments.I wish I could remember the last exact phrase she used, 'nervous system something', it was bleeping ridiculous and she used the phrase like 3x in her rant. Probably because she knows her audience is young. She needs to appeal as the “older and wiser Ashy” so she can sell them her LiFe coAcHiNg.
In reality, she’s a wealthy white woman who really hasn’t had to overcome much adversity in life, aside from her own making in her businesses. She’s had her husband to skyrocket her income and social profiles.

Probably has something to do with the fact her husband is an old fart and HE is the one making her feel old. She's quite young, not early 20s young, but young enough to still be "in" but bordering at the edge of too old for the influencer crowd
