Yep it’s a scam. I can’t even begin to pick apart her bull because I’m not qualified to give advice on nutrition but even just a scan through it and you can see a whole lot of misinformation and made up crap and buzzwords to try to make it sound scientific. Ugh. I dislike her.

kids need structure and boundaries, both of those Taj doesn’t have. She can’t even have him attended school 5 days a week.
kids are a lifelong commitment, yet she just left her infant daughter at home with the help so she could go on a ‘family holiday’ in another country.
1) you wouldn’t know what hard is Ashy because you have so much help and you’re never there to parent your bloody kids anyway.
2) patience is easy when you’re a part time parent and not elbow deep in parenting 24/7.
3) you’d know all about self care
4) you have a LOT to learn. You don’t know duck all, that’s why you’re ditching your kids at every opportunity you fuckwit.
5) of course it’s possible to love more than one child. But first you need to actually love your kids not use them to try boost your image.
6) quality time IS important. Take your own bleeping advice! This woman is a sandwich short of a picnic -wait, too many calories. This woman is a brick short of a wall.
7) it’s ok to ask for help but be honest about it instead of pretending like you’re some amazing parent.
8) if children learn from example then your children are going to learn that it’s ok to have children and then basically abandon them at every opportunity. That’s not parenting. I hope they emancipate themselves at 16 and find good role models. God help them when it comes to food because we all know they’re not getting a good example there either - an eating disorder from one parent and a binge eater from the other parent.
