Both of their names are on the house.

Is the Barclays bit the mortgage? It doesn’t say how much is mortgaged, I have no idea if there’s another way to see that?

based on the info from the A Rivers property company limited - she incorporated that company on 25/05/21 and also looks like she took a loan of £20,600 on the same date?
taking more to use towards a deposit perhaps?

A loan secured against her flat do you think?
