The couple's eight-month-old daughter Azaylia died of cancer this year.

I couldn’t ride for 10 miles to be perfectly honest so I think the effort she has put in (whilst grieving her baby!!!) to be able to do 25 miles is amazing and should be applauded. It would not take anything away from Ashley’s HUGE achievement to let her join in the last bit, just to cross the finishing line with him…as a couple….both as Azaylia’s parents.
It’s the first live of hers I’ve watched and even then I came in and out, but I’m glad I witnessed her say those two things.
She also said “you’ll all be there when we get married…” in response to loads of inappropriate comments asking when Ashley is getting down on one knee. Weird. Especially as I think people will take that seriously!

I caught that bit about getting married but I’m nearly sure she said “IF we get married” because i was thinking surely your long term partner youd be saying “when” we get married.

God iv just spent hours reading through this, wish I knew about it sooner

As everyone says you cannot imagine what either of them are going through and no one wants to take away from that but some things are odd and you can’t help but notice
The way they documented every private moment when A was alive it seems odd when you hear “me and ash spend a lot of time together but keep it private”

Also, I swear Saff says her and Ashley have been together for a really long time I’m sure he was only with Chloe khan not that long ago.

I wish we could all meet up and hug saff, as everyone says she seems so lost and passive. It’s heartbreaking.

I cried my heart through the fearne cotton podcast but again barely any mention of Saff.

Has anyone noticed on the lives loads of people ask Saffs nationality and she ignores it everytime.

Yeah yesterday she said she had been with him for 5 years and said ‘we’ve been together so long I don’t even remember! But he was with Chloe in 2017. After she said 5 years. She made a little face with her mouth like ‘oh shit’. And yes. She ignores questions about her nationality.. she looks mixed race. And her surname vorajee sounds somewhat Indian but it’s a South African name. But as you know there’s a very strong mixed Indian community in South Africa.. so I’m guessing that’s why she looks mixed and her her surname being vorajee makes sense

her heritage was made public when they were campaigning for a donor for azaliya. I don’t know if the original poster thinks she should announce her heritage every time she posts a story to Instagram, or maybe wear a badge? Don’t really understand out of all the issues here why her heritage has even been brought up.

I'm mixed race... My brother is mixed race and has the same attitude.. Every mixed race lad i know who's like, 18+ has the same kind of attitude. They get a lot of attention when they go out, and it gives them an ego. Mix that in with the typical young lad attitude that you get when your surrounded around testosterone and it equates to the attitude Ashley Cain had/has.

But the thing is her brother has his own family to spend time with and take care of. He has his wife and his little son who needs him at home just as much as Saf needs him. It's all just very sad.
