I'd really like to know how different her new book is from the other one. I have never known a professional expert to be chucking out a new book every year! I mean she must be writing 100 pages a night.. strange for a woman who recycles the same Instagram posts week after week

Of course, thats what builds you as a person. Generally I actually agree with you guys, just abit soft when it comes to MH stuff. Hadnt given enough thought to how it is actually exploitative though. Its easy to kind of blank that out when its a subject like mental health & when its from a professional. Tbh, my depression has creeped back so ive clearly just seen what I wanted to see and have generalised 🤷🏻‍♀️

She’s mentioned he works very long days in London many times, has mentioned the shortcut on stories before and often storied whilst waiting to pick him up from the station before they got a second car. Im not related to them, don’t know them personally and I live about 200 miles away from them.

It’s such a shame as I used to really enjoy following her. Now everything just seems very contrived and planned and it’s less relatable, every day family life and more... ok but did that *really* happen?

He works long hours, maybe he doesn’t fancy walking through woods after a 14 hour day.

I thought her boys were older - eldest born in 2016 you say? She always talks about F and barely mentions them. Wasn’t she talking about homeschooling last spring...but if her eldest was born in 2016 he wouldn’t have even been in reception last school year?

I'm not sure how bacp approved her new sofa sessions are. She sounds more like a motivational coach or life coach than a therapist. The whole point of therapy is personal development and personal mental health and wellness.
