I think poor Anna is very confused over self love and self care and being selfish. I don’t believe for a minute that there is any guilt attached to her behaviour that she described.
She behaves entitled and selfish and there is a huge difference to self care.

I’m sure Ella was initially introduced as a friend of the family or something like that and not a nanny.

This could be true but I guess it’s Ella who looks after the kids. You see taryn and Anna working from home but you never see the children much even now we are in a lockdown. Anna still has lots of time/opportunities to do stories whilst most of us working from home with kids have no spare time at all?!

Conveniently left the nanny out but mentioned the nursery. I mean poor Anna works so hard to juggle everything with a cleaner, a live in nanny, nursery and a hands on husband. No mention of support from husband there...

I think so too. She never mentions anything affectionate towards her husband. It's always complaining and moaning about him or his work habits. I mean she has whole posts dedicated to how his breathing annoys her and she is a victim in need of rescuing from him albeit a bit dramatic. She used to complain every single day about Tarun during the first lockdown and then when it was mentioned here she stopped. But she still can't help herself and keeps writing posts about how annoying he is. Wait until she reads this and posts something nice about him now. There are so many topics related to couples and relationship therapy that she can explore but she won't because she is not interested in it at all
