I went through a stage when I first followed her of not really enjoying her so I unfollowed. Then I started to follow again and really enjoyed her content. I guess before her book really. Now I skip. It's a shame because I actually made a comment about her and how much I liked her. She also replied to me a few times. I suffer from anxiety, made worse post partum and could relate. It's a shame but I just dont believe everything she says anymore.

I suspect that she does indeed kill them, but that her budget extends to simply purchasing new ones fairly regularly!

Anna has time to sort her children’s Lego into colour coordinated piles. It took all day. And then she went out for dinner.

She has a cleaner, she has a nanny and she has a hands-on husband.

It's exploitation and manipulation of the vulnerable. Instagram really has brought out the very worst of exploiters. It's vile and goes completely unchallenged.

Don't be silly she is not sorting out Lego two days in a row. She is out for the day for much needed relax. I bet the Lego took alot of energy and effort out of her so now she can just relax or she will have a meltdown again. I'm a woman and have never had as many meltdowns as her. She is a petulant spoilt brat who is constantly having meltdowns or seeking for attention on Instagram.

Also it is her second day off from Instagram ever since she announced she will be having Sundays off months ago.

Anna really grates me. Partly because at a time I really like her, thought she was normalising MH. Then I caught on that she was bad, if not worse, than the other instamums.
Living a life of privilege is fine, but don't try to hide it. Trying to be relatable when she clearly isn't. Argh.. I hope more wake up and see her for what she is.. A FRAUD!!

Of depression or anxiety in their lifetime but Anna Uses her experiences as if it makes her superior and bleats on and on and on about the same few experiences she has had Like a stuck record , yes pnd and pna is hard, but do you need to still be talking about this 5 years later , Or claiming to be some super guru just because you have had these experiences , many of her followers will have experienced and be experiencing mental health battles far worse than she will ever encounter , she is a trained therapist for Petes sake , use your knowledge and training to work with people who are experiencing significant difficultIes in an ethical way, not exploiting the privalidged worried well! due to the insta huns wealth and statuses they really do see brief spells of anxiety and depression as massive mental health battles , try really experiencing depression where is cripples your ability to even get up each morning. Having a few intrusive thoughts that make you briefly anxious doesn’t even compare to some peoples battles! It’s such a cool thing to have mental health battles now obviously ! And sells ! Wait for the ..... don’t let other invalidate your experiences , and don’t compare posts !

You can imagine her with all the other insta huns , It’s like a competition to see who’s life has been the worse like it’s worth points , ‘im more relatable than you as I had anxiety and depression , woe is me, and today I cried as life is so overwhelming’ bog off! And her desperation to be pals with g fletcher is sickening , she likes every single one of her posts it’s cringe !

She claims to be doing everything she does for others , maybe at the start - but she is a victim of her own success , it’s all about her own self satisfaction and gratification now, you honestly think she would have more sensitivity as a therapist and not share expensive fitt memberships or jumpers when due to a global pandemic people have significant financial struggles and have anxiety related to this! I wonder what Her regulation body BACP think - I’m sure BACP register is for counsellors yet she claims to be a psychotherapist which is considerably more experience and training to use that title , also to stay registered you must have to actually see clients rather than write books on your own experience and what has been helpful , anyone could do this!

I don’t mean to invalidate her experiences , a baby with reflux And sleep deprivation is hard , but it’s temporary , so please shut about it now as some people had lifelong battles which cripple their everyday function

doing not a lot and always thinking up “relatable” scenarios and dramas must be draining. Probably still recovering from sorting the Lego

So Anna got gifted Pilates session and remembered to moan that it's the first time she has been out for such a long time. Did you forget that you went for a walk with a friend yesterday then meeting friends for dinner on the weekend and gifted experience last week? Is she delusional? She inflicts these situations on herself to make her feel disgusting and tired so she can then moan about it. The term is self victimisation not dreggy Anna. A situation where you make yourself the victim somehow constantly.

Tarun is at work whilst Anna is at home getting free Pilate sessions but then Tarun comes home and Anna has a meltdown. What world is she living in?!?
