I always assumed this is what happened - did her mom get to Stockholm and have Aija there? Who is her birth father? The way Aija carries herself and her values just don't align with what I know of Swedish people (particularly those from Stockholm) at all. Her accent in English and her grammar also seems very not Swedish.

From that photo, her mother looks like a cool lady! Shame that Aija couldn't have gotten her mom's work ethic. Poor background or not, I always respect people who work hard to educate themselves and then get real jobs.

I've stayed at Bvlgari Resort in Bali before and it's quite nice, but I wouldn't go as far as to say super posh or exclusive in any way. Definitely something that upper middle class people from countries like the UK or Sweden would be able to afford if they wanted to splurge a little (similar to a Chanel or LV bag).
