Oh, I've stayed in the Hyatt Regency The Churchill. Lovely hotel with an amazing buffet breakfast (highly recommend. I still get sad thinking about one of the pastries I had there because it's so good). When I stayed there, most of the people eating breakfast were men on business trips so I guess I'm not surprised the bar has a lot of business men. I didn't encounter any tour groups while I was there (except the last day and it was a brief moment) and honestly would recommend the hotel to anyone (they also had Japanese toilets which are amazing), but I digress.Take a look at the Youtube link in one of the pictures i linked before
