Regarding building a capsule wardrobe, ever tried Pinterest? That's how I changed my entire mindset and became a minimalist. You can find a lot of great blogs and posts on those matters there.

It really bothers me the way she ties elegance to cost when truly one thing has nothing to do with the other. That's why you get her wearing some maybe decent pieces that overall might look good on someone else, but on her it's a sore to the eyes. There is either something lacking or a major failure that someone as an expert as she claims to be would no longer commit.

Elegance have nothing to do with money. It is statement through simplicity. How to look X with fewest lines possible. How to be decent human being with as few moves as possible. As if she have any knowledge of this. Liars can never be simple.
