This! I am middle-class working woman, but I have my nails done once every two weeks (Shellac), pedicure about once a month, facials also once a month, massage once a month. I colour my hair at home with professional salon products but that's a thing of convenience as I don't have the time to sit in the salon for three hours at least. But if I were a kept woman or had more money and time to burn on my looks? Sure, facial at least twice a month, more massages and salon treatment for hair, why not.

Other things I would presume a high-class kept woman or a trophy wife can afford:
- gym sessions with trainers
- personal shoppers, style consultant
- own car or having a car AND a driver

any other thoughts? Well we can definitely agree Anna is not living the affluent lifestyle she would have us believe she lives.

I bought her first course and It took me almost one year to finish it since I could not listen to hear voice. It was super boring.

After I finish it I felt very dissapointed because she was basically teaching that we hunt rich guys everywhere, visit thise places where they go on holidays or or where they go everyday. Also, that we take as much contacts of rich people at events and contact them afterwards. I just felt like I have to act like some crazy desparate hunter for rich instead of just enjoying my time on events. I'm not the person to hunt people.If they like me they will want to spend time with me.

Also, a lot of things made me feel insecure back then since she was telling that your hair, nails, makeup,cloths ect. always has to be on the point like from salon.
So It turns out you should be whole day just thinking about your looks isnstead of enjoying your day and doing your hobbys.

Rich people spend a lot of time doing their affluent hobbys and imagine everyone there just looking at their hair or nakeup.

Well It's not possible to be perfect everyday since we are all human beeings. If the rain comes it will ruin your hair no matter if you are affluent or not.

I think we should always look our best and she made me to go do my nails regulary but she just makes it like a priority.

She also mantions if you don't wear expensive designer bags like a Chanel or Hermes you are just an average joe. And it turns out like you will never get a rich guy if you don't own one of thise..

But who is this man who will want to marry a woman who doesn't want to participate at all in maintaining the household, not financially but I speak, of immaterial participation. Believe me a man will always want to see your participation in your home.

This applies to everyone regardless of background and gender but I think it is especially relevant in regards to Anna and her followers: they seriously need to think about what they bring into a relationship and why any person, especially a successful one, should want to be with them over anyone else. Some people have an incredibly good heart and are amazing to be around, some come from very good families, others are very successful in their own right, and the rest are just astonishingly young and beautiful relative to their partners. You have to bring at least one very valuable thing to the other person if you want a relationship to last.

Aija is a Moscow/Stockholm four on a good day, older, hyper aggressive and masculine (I doubt any man wants a wife who goes around telling other women how to snag a rich beau regardless of his wealth), and a liar. Despite growing up in one of the wealthiest and best educated countries in the world, she has no higher education, seemingly no friends, or any hobbies (unless she's faking it on instagram to appear "high society.") She literally has nothing decent to offer anyone and the only people who want her around these days are her deluded students.

I think she’s just become so wrapped up in her desire of how the other half live and the lives of all these Instagram models and how glamorous their life appears that she has lost touch with her inner self and lost control of her reality. I think she would really benefit so much from just taking a step back from social media, relaxing and just letting life be and finding her inner happiness.

I am a lurker and past student of hers. This thread inspired me to finally join.
I stopped listening and watching because she teaches nothing about legitimate upward mobility. I managed to improve my life tremendously on my own and thought it wouldn’t hurt to learn from her but she lacks a genuine personality. She comes off as rather stale and manufactured. I grew up in the country off the land, so my gut instinct and ability to read people is pretty strong. It’s upsetting that she is creating a new breed of ‘red bottoms’ girls.
