Seriously, I’m such a fail when it comes to this situation.
The only reason why I stay away from touching any form of sweets & junk is because this happens to me EVERY time. NO self control whatsoever! I try and take 1 only but it results I eat the entire bag/bowl/bucket-whatever! It’s crazy! I wish to become like these people who can buy one chocolate, take 1-2 pieces, enjoy it and store the rest for another time. HOW THE HELL DO THEY DO IT?
Please, if you’re one of these people – share your secret! I want to learn how to stop pigging out as soon as I have unhealthy stuff in front of me!!!

- Back to working out!
I’m back at work today after an entire week of sick leave. Quite happy to be back, as being at home drove me slightly nuts I’ve also been eating like a pregnant woman (I’m not pregnant), maybe it’s the sickness which made me bulk up on calories but I’ve been eating everything that’s been crossing my way :/…
I really need to become serious again with both diet & work out regime as I have a few months to tone in to my summer figure. Summer count down has officially started now, Here we go girls!!

The bitchy side of Jetset World
Lately I’ve seen a lot of the bitchy side of the jetset world…
Some of these girls seriously need to take a chill pill. The way they look at each other like predators, you can see their animal instincts coming out while dollar bills are shining through those evil eyes.
Worst is when men are part of a group and women fight for the richest of them. Some girls go very aggressive, like there is no shame or mercy in this world. It’s very interesting to watch, but also quite entertaining. I’m one of those who never bother getting involved.
The type of bitchy girl I’m describing exist quite frequently in the jetset world. She see’s women as her enemies, as her competition. She will be fake to you, if needed she will stab you in the back. It’s all about her and the game. How to accelerate best in the game to her benefit. No matter if it’s about snatching the richest guy or become “best friends” with you so she can benefit of whatever it is that you can provide.
I have a Russian friend who knows personally a lot of the Jetset Babes I blog about.
A good example is one of the Jetset Babes I feature most on this blog (sorry don’t want to mention names), is a total witch in real life. This girl has obviously made well for herself materialistically, but the reason for that is because she is ready to walk all over you if that’s what it takes.
Unfortunately I have noticed that there is a certain type of rich men who love girls of this kind. They loooove the witches! They love anything that feels a bit complicated, a bit like an adventure. Sometimes being nice makes you boring in their eyes.
Too bad for me, but I don’t care in this case. I hate bitchyness, I don’t want negative energy, I actually want everyone to be friends no matter how naive this may sound! "

Botox in Bali
A week ago I went to Botox my forehead and the frown line in between my eyebrows, here in Bali.
6 months of Acutane has not only done wonders to my skin in terms of – No more Acne – but unfortunately dried out my skin to the point where I’ve got so many new wrinkles thanks to it.
I haven’t reached the mature level in my life yet where I can accept wrinkles in my face and it’s ageing process. There will come a time when I will be okay with having a raisin face, but until then I need some Botox.
Another factor that concerns me is that I have very thick skin and will be getting quite deep wrinkles once they develop fully and I really don’t want that! So until then I need to freeze it so it stays put in place and don’t move about, causing those deep lines I’m afraid about.
I did the Botox at ARC clinic and I felt they were professional. I put in 38 units in total, in both forehead frown for €200! Good price if compared to back home!"

Honestly, it took me around 2-3 months until I became less sensitive. I do purge occasionally and have more fine lines but it’s only been 5 months for me

I think she is still a smoker. There are ashtrays, cigarettes, lighters etc in some of her current photos. But in her mind she is probably not. Her mind is weird like that.
Thanks for your reply. I started to use retinol at 19, and after five years, switched to retinal and sticked with it. I have also used Differin gel and tretinoin, but they cause more sensitivity.
After trying enough products, I find Avene retinal products to be both gentle and effective.
About aging: I have read a research paper showing that long term balanced diet with moderation (never eat too full) can reduce aging significantly for monkeys. This is likely true for humans.
Also, different ethnicity tend to have different troubles for aging. Try to look at papers on those topics can help a lot.
(btw, the following quote means that our Aija also tried vitamin A derivatives but wasn't able to make it last. She's really into fast results regardless of whether it's sustainable or not.

Russian TV serie ”Women of the Oligarchs” (Жены олигархов)
My Russian friend recommended it to me back in 2013 when it came out, but unfortunately it’s in Russian and I haven’t been able to find any clips with english subtitles. You could however do like me – by sitting and watching it together with a Russian friend who will translate the major parts for you, but yeah it’s still not the same thing…:/

She is not vegan anymore. I think she said this about a year ago on one of her insta stories, and she said that she’s done with the little restrictions that she puts herself, that this style of eating made her ultra concious of her weight and appearence and other blah blah like this and that she finally undersood what balance is in lifeShe does not eat plant based.
