Swatting is when people call the police and make up a story to get the police attend a property, this is not what happened a report was made to US embassy regarding a US citizen in the initial raid a Moldavian woman said she was also held against her will and raped

There is a YouTube clip of him with his ‘daughter”. The Tate fan who posted it mutes out Tate saying he is the child’s uncle. Uncle, not daughter. And my flesh crawled because I thought to myself, what sort of nonsense is he going to be putting in his nieces head? Is it going to be, you have to learn how to cook and be subservient to a man, or, you can do anything you want to with your lif, be a doctor or a lawyer or run a business. Well. We know how his mind works. I think he should be kept away from young girls.

I’ve known this man personally pre social media days, seeing his content blow up and millions of people knowing him is actually so surreal. His girlfriend of over 10 years is the girl from the belt video. She wasn’t being abused it was consensual. They are still together to this day and he continues to help her and her family. I do agree with the fact that the way in which he speaks does negatively influence younger boys and men who already have aggressive tendencies. However the allegations about trafficking and things of that nature are completely untrue. People directly involved to that industry don’t build such a social media presence. They may know people who are involved in this, because let’s face it even a regualr person in romania knows dangerous people but I know for a fact this is not how they obtained their money.

Thank you for your post, it was very insightful. So is he still with his gf? I'm genuinely shocked as he portrays himself as a player who would never commit himself to one woman.

I must admit I hadn't heard of the trafficking and sexual allegation rumours until I came on here.

Controversial social media influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan are to be moved from custody to house arrest with immediate effect, a Romanian judge has ruled.

The ruling by the Court of Appeal in Bucharest replaces the latest period of custody, which was to end on 29 April.

Two associates, Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu, are also being released.

All four have been ordered to stay in the buildings where they live, unless they have judicial permission to leave.

The brothers have been detained since December and are being investigated on allegations of rape, people trafficking and forming an organised crime group. Both have denied wrongdoing.

Lawyers for Mr Tate have argued that keeping him in preventative custody is unnecessarily harsh, when other judicial options such as house arrest are available.

Leaked court documents, seen by the BBC, outlined testimony from alleged victims claiming to be forced to earn €10,000 (£8,800) a month on social media platforms, under the alleged threat of physical violence.

Court papers also described debts being used as "a form of psychological coercion".

Since investigations began last April, six women have been identified by prosecutors as victims.

However, no charges have yet been brought against the brothers or the two Romanian associates who were arrested alongside them.

In 2016, Mr Tate, a British-American former kickboxer, was removed from British TV show Big Brother over a video which appeared to show him attacking a woman.

He went on to gain notoriety online, with Twitter banning him for saying women should "bear responsibility" for being sexually assaulted. He has since been reinstated.

Despite social media bans, he gained popularity, particularly among young men, by promoting what he presented as a hyper-masculine, ultra-luxurious lifestyle.

He could have been held for up to 180 days under preventative arrest measures in Romania why would they give him house arrest

I tell people to not get married, but normally because I've heard them complaining for months about their partner and just being proper miserable .

However, in this case, it sounds similar to an abusive relationship where you are discouraged from having outside relationships ie friends.

About 50% of this situation is the country of Romanian attempting to repair its international reputation as being an unsafe country for its women.

And the other 50% is the Tate brothers trying to make themselves social media stars.

I’ve been too scared to post about this anywhere else on the internet and won’t even talk about it to people in real life as I can’t seem to get my words out about it, but I was “recruited” by Andrew Tate in 2017 shortly after his ejection from Big Brother. The only reason I’m doing this here is because I’m for the most part anonymous.

He started DMing me on Twitter and asked me if I wanted to go for coffee, I accepted and he said he was bringing another girl with him. This would turn out to be the girl from the videos/the girl who is defending him online now. In hindsight I don’t know why I even went, but I was 22 and naive and had never come across much danger in my life. It’s very embarrassing to think about now, which I think contributes to the reason I’m hesitant to speak about it. I had watched his series of Big Brother and I think that despite the reason he got kicked out I just felt special going for coffee with someone I had seen on TV.

I can’t remember how it came up but when I was there he asked me if I’d ever considered webcam work. I said no I hadn’t but I don’t mind hearing about it. Him and the girl (who I wont name… although I do know her real name and online name) started selling it to me, telling me how much money I would make and showing me the messages between her and her viewers, with examples of the things she did. Andrew told me that I wouldn’t need to do any of the typing myself and that they would have people manning the keyboards and that all I would have to do is sit there and look nice and laugh and smile. He said I would live in a big house in London with a group of other girls, and foolishly I said yes.

I prepared to go and was put in contact with his secretary, who went by Naomi but I’m sure it was an alias. Eventually I got ghosted by her and never ended up going. Which is a good thing in hindsight after all of this stuff has come out.

I ended up going into webcamming of my own accord afterwards, which ended up sending me into a mental spiral and deep depression due to the way it made me view myself. I’m not exactly blaming Andrew Tate for that, but I never would have considered it if he hadn’t put the idea into my head. So I have always held it against him slightly.

I’ve never told this story before and I know some may not believe me. But I needed to open up about it somewhere and I’ve always been confident of my anonymity on Tattle.

If I remember anything else I will add to the thread, and I’m very open to answering questions that people might wonder about. And I’m sorry for the long essay.

I’ve just seen this video online and I had to come back and quote my post as Vivien is the real name of the girl (Irina) that I met (I specifically remember it was spelt with an e not an a on her Whatsapp)… her last name was the name of a fruit so hopefully this gives my story some legitimacy if her last name is revealed in future.

It sounds like he did meet her very young and she is used to make girls feel more comfortable. She also has a Tate Property tattoo on her bikini area.

I also saw that him and his brother were exposed for messaging schoolgirls on instagram earlier I’m glad he’s being held for longer !
