If that's the excuse their lawyer is using then it does seem like they've got little defense.

The amount of misinformation on this whole thing is of the scale, seems higher than russian bot farms. And the amount of people that believe something just because they've seen a popular tweet .

I think they need a new Lawyer this guy has dealt with speeding fines and transfers of companies for them in the past these serious charges could be beyond his experience scumbags or not they are entitled to a defence

In the appeal the govt wanted to hold them to prevent flight and interference with the case/witnesses they cited examples of online content

Their Lawyer I think tried to say to the court ignore the times the Tates said things like we have lots of passports and have no regard for women or the law etc that was just for entertainment these are not their true views

For the actual charges this online persona bs can’t be applied if they have evidence such as wiretaps chat logs etc - the defence has not had access to the full prosecution file according to their Lawyer so we don’t know what evidence there is

They are now open to fraud tax evasion and money laundering

Alex Bodi was arrested on human trafficking that all went quiet it’s things like that make me feel could this get dropped as well

It’s difficult to know for sure too many conflicting statements

The Romanian press says that there is a tv presenter who has a child with Tristan, this woman said she was surprised to hear he had other children she went to the prison with a small child not a baby so the 3 week old is probably not hers

Where it gets confusing is the press said that another woman called Abigail also had a daughter looks like toddler age with Tristan, but this woman was believed to be a girlfriend of Andrew they transferred a business to her registered in Dubai

So 3 week old would make Tristan a father of 3 under 5 with multiple women there could be more

Andrew I believe has 4 children with multiple women but for reasons not yet clear they are kept very private none have been photographed visiting prison, he has alluded to having over 10 children but he is a born liar so who knows

There was a YouTube video not too long ago where Andrew said about Tristan and his daughter but not said anything about himself having any. Who knows.

We were of similar age, I was 22 and I believe she was 21 or had just turned 22. I remember because I was shocked she was younger than me! I think she’s 1995.

This was around January/February 2017.

I keep editing this post as I remember things, but I did have a nice conversation with her while we were buying the coffee in the coffee shop we were in that he had arranged to meet at.
