I think it’s difficult with Amelia and I can see the points of view of both posters above. I do think she realises her lifestyle is not attainable for most people, but like a lot of influencers, they will occasionally perhaps not realise how privileged they actually are compared to the average person.
My biggest gripe with Amelia on that front is that she loves always bangs on about loving a bargain - which people of all income classes are allowed to enjoy because who doesn’t love saving money?!? But let’s not pretend her fancy lifestyle is sustained by buying xmas ornaments in the Boxing Day sale, buying aster Halloween pyjamas in mid-November, booking a centreparks break ‘last minute” and purchasing Chanel handbags on your lunchbreak from a charity shop. The main reason that she can have nice things is because she has way more time to be ‘thrifty’ because she has more money (I.e not scrimping to pay a mortgage) and does not work a 9-5, 5 days a week!!!
