I just don’t get it. She’s a young, good looking woman (although I wish she’d stop with the fillers). WHY does she dress like a middle aged Eastern European mama??

She comes across as uncomfortable with her body since she’s gained weight and I don’t think she can find her style, to be fair she previously looked good in almost anything. I’ve struggled with this myself in the past and I’ve looked back on outfits and realised I’m dressed like someone’s auntie.

I think it’s true that she’s struggling to feel comfortable in her new body (though I’m personally glad she has bought some new clothes that fit rather than continuing to try and squeeze into her old size 6 bodycons). However her style has always been terrible!! I still remember the big ruffley printed dresses with Nike air force ones
as well as the all bodycon all the time phase. She used to coast off having an amazing body, for sure, but she’s never had a good eye for style/fashion/dressing.

She’s really good at makeup though! I used to enjoy her beauty content and think that’s something she could bring back.

I think she is quite in denial too. I think she knows she’s put on weight, but she seems to be putting it down as a side effect to back medication (?) rather than the fact she eats out so much. Even her home cooked meals are absolutely huge portions, she has 3x the amount of carbs she needs in every meal and does very little exercise, from what we can see, other than posing at a hot yoga class once per month.

I can imagine she’s probably speaking to some expensive nutritionist who other people in her circle use and is advising her wrong, if she literally just home cooked meals and had normal portion sizes, she’d be fine. It’s strange because her mother looks so slim, yet she looks so different.

unfortunately it probably means aster (lower case A) is going to learn these habits from Amelia as she’s dragged to all of these terrible fast food places and watches her mum stuff her face with pancakes 3 times per week

It’s not even the excess weight, she must feel like absolute CRAP constantly. She eats like you do at Christmas, where you eat the most tit for like a week but you feel bleeping terrible so you stop. Amelia just carries on eating like that 24/7 🤮

Amelia having brunch with Joel’s ex is WILD. I would give my arm to know the story there.

I see Amelia’s eating plan is out of the window (I say as someone whose own eating plan also went out of the window today) we’ve got Devonshire roast and sticky toffee pud we’ve got a box of huge deep dish cookies

I don’t really care what she eats but from looking at the meals her “nutritionist” has given her it’s clear Amelia has said “give me meal ideas but btw I don’t eat these 15 things/vegetables”

I truly cannot understand how she affords it. The only thing I can assume is that she either has a)no mortgage b)has her mortgage paid for her or c)has a very small mortgage?

I wouldn’t be surprised if her dad just paid for it in cash, I imagine it’s some inheritance loophole or something. She probably gets an allowance from him too, there is no way on her salary she can afford a holiday each month, regular outgoings on a house and childcare costs. I doubt she pays a penny for anything.

It’s definitely this. The man must be astronomically wealthy though, given her dining and holidaying habits

I’ve said it before, parents are allowed lives, hobbies and interests beyond their children but it’s sad she’s jetted off here, there and everywhere but her lovely little daughter doesn’t seem to go on holidays.

To be fair a 2yo isn’t going to enjoy the kind of holidays Amelia takes, but it seems a bit unfair that she’s not taken her to center parcs or something

No I totally agree that city breaks with lots of drinking and eating would be boring for a toddler. I also do get that it would be tough to take a child away on holiday alone but she did used to take Aster on holiday when she was with Charlie but doesn’t look like she has since. Perhaps I’m reaching but some of my fondest memories as a kid are holidays - particularly the UK seaside ones - it doesn’t have to be abroad!

Maybe she has taken her away and hasn't shared it? She posted about a baby group she'd attended after her kid stopped attending.

I genuinely think her and her family probably look down on places like centre parcs, even though it’s become ridiculously expensive to do. I swear they never went away as a family in the UK, it was always to places like the Dominican Republic etc

I do agree with this and it’s not as if she’s going on holidays at the expense of asty, because asty will never go without. But surely asty gets confused as to why her mum always goes on holidays, they pick up on things so much at that age (this is also coming from a single mummy lol)
