She’s been working out and sticking to a strict diet plan for months now! Anyone can lose a significant amount of weight and build some muscle/tone up in that time too if they were to be as disciplined as her.
But as I’ve said before, her habits are becoming borderline disordered but it could also be just sheer excitement of finally seeing results for the first time, which clearly motivates her to continue (in addition to her wedding).
The real hard work is in the MAINTENANCE! It will be interesting to see if she can keep it up in the long run in a sustainable way. No one can be that disciplined and strict long term… she would eventually burnout and go on a massive binge.

I was thinking the same thing when I watched the video. I’m glad people are calling her out on it. Plus she never should have made a video on deinfluincing. Idk what she was thinking.

its the dr. pavlou guy he is AWFUL! i would never go to him. i normally don't want to just make a hasty decision based on someones appearance. but when your work is in aesthetic medicine you are the first sort of "advertisement" and he makes himself look so fake and weird so of course he's going to add to allanas insecurity and make her also look all blown up and weird because he thinks it looks good! the best plastic surgery is when you cant tell it happened... he makes it look so obvious! i mean look at his own work on himself or the work he gets done

it's because they feel that if they even get allana or any of these influencers to make even 100 people buy a 30 dollar lets say benefit eyebrow product then that is 3000 dollars for them which I would assume is the cost per influencer for a trip to whistler lets say
