I didnt but last time I went to Wembley was Linkin Park and they sounded fine. But Spiritbox I couldnt really make out (yes its screamy music anyway but you know what I mean!) I find alot of the time the support act is abit of a warm up to getting the sound right and by the time the main comes on its fine. Also depends on seating. I know higher up people can complain about sound quality. I always try to get in the lower/middle sections for concerts (think we were in the 100s maybe 113 for LP)
I find arenas where the roof is closed the best for sounds as it all stays in. Ive loved the sound of anything Ive seen at cardiff principality or the o2 in london.
Although saying that, Gojira and Knocked Loose in cardiff werent the clearest for me, I couldnt tell you what songs they were singing
I was going to say the same, we only caught the last 2 Knocked Loosed songs as weren't fussed by them, but I was really looking forward to Gojira and it just sounded like a wall of noise. Metallica sounded absolutely spot on though, couldn't fault it from where we were sat. Still suffering gig withdrawal from this by the way. 😭

Same! Cant believe how long ago it was already  We were in m33 I think and it was perfect view wise

Did anyone see MCR at Wembley? If so, did you find the sound quality to be appalling? Could barely make out anything Gerard said between the songs, and the sounds was really bassy. I saw people complaining about it after the first night, and hoped it would be different by night 3.

Loved the show but I would never see a band at Wembley again if that's what its generally like. I don't think it was a band issue, more of a stadium issue as there were no issues at Anfield or Glasgow.
Yes I went to Wembley last night. Couldn’t make out anything Gerard was saying

I got tickets for Megadeth yesterday 🙌🏻
I don't really like them, but was looking to get some tickets for my husband - they are so expensive! I paid less for Metallica and had awesome seats. I need some more gigs booked in though, who else is playing in the near future?

Oh really, mine were £100 each but I’ve just accepted it as the norm now 🤢

I’ve got Korn in November, trying to be good and not book so many gigs but it’s hard to resist temptation 😅

All I have is Ice Nine Kills in march at the o2 with my 15 year old son. Cant wait, got decent seats with a good view for £65-70 each (y) The rest of the weekend will be pricey as hes a very "merch" person!

Jumping in here as a long-time lurker to say I'm going to Korn in Oct and cannot wait!
I never liked Korn, but that's a proper bucket list one to see! Have you seen them before?

I need to get some more gigs booked in, I'm still on a Metallica comedown 🥺

First time for me! I’ve only started getting back into metal in my 30s (after being a mosher as a teen, then trying to be ‘normal’ throughout my 20s) so feel like I’ve got some making up for lost time to do 🤣
