When you've so much money you pay to look less normal....
Because most of her hats etc are free are heavily gifted, if you paid that willingly using your own hard earned cash you would appreciate every square millimetre that knowing how much work has gone into it by the maker to justify the cost
She also has zero taste or sense of style. For others hats would be an investment you can share with friends/family or wear with multiple outfits without much modifications

she has a fairly big nose, as people age people with large noses especially can get the tip drooping which stands out when they smile. partly due to a very strong muscle some people have upper lip. only a nose job will stop this!
