There are a few agents for that development but I’m sure those connections helped her pick it and had nothing to do with the tool which any buyer would be more than capable of using themselves. Also worth noting the agents are trying their hardest to flog the most recent phase of that development as it hasn’t sold out (likely due to price but made even trickier by the paramilitary fighting going on 200m up the road).
Yes , I didn’t want to comment on the location in case I offended anyone but not somewhere I would want to live - even before all this trouble kicked off- it’s beside the canal and is on reclaimed marsh land

I agree, I don't think it's very good repeat business, especially if they are on the more expensive side. People buy flowers regularly when they are real and die after a week or so, but plastic flowers take years to look old and need chucking out. Her customer base is likely done shopping with LB for a while.
