New release for the War child album. Although I've read it's an old song from when they were working with Josh Homme. I keep either reading they're going on a world tour or on the verge of splitting up, god knows what's going on.

From what I've been reading (on reddit) the general consensus seems to be indefinite hiatus /this will be their last release for a long time. But who knows really. When this thread was last active all the talk was that there was going to be an announcement of a split after their last world tour - and that didn't happen.

I like the song. Listened to it a few times yesterday.

I like Opening Night a lot and hopefully it's not the last we hear from them. I think whatever happens with AM this isn't the last we'll hear from Alex.

I had a look at the tracklist the other day and saw Ellie Rowsell (Wolf Alice) and The Last Dinner Party have songs on there, so look forward to hearing those!

Saw Wolf Alice in December not knowing any of the songs and they were great live.
