I think she loves all the baggy, shapeless tit because she isn’t as neutral/positive about her post-ED body as she says she is.

Zero surprise that she's managed to attach a plug for her new book to this post ..she is literally monetising everything she posts now ...She’s so anti diet culture that she might actually be doing some people who really need to lose weight harm, by preaching “diets don’t work” just because they didn’t work for her and she doesn’t necessarily need to be on one, some people who would benefit in the long term from losing weight might see her posts and think, “yeah that’s right, diets don’t work” and give up on trying to make themselves healthy or even feel better.
Really annoys me how she doesn’t even try back up her anti diet crap and say, but living a healthy lifestyle might help. There somewhere in the middle and she’s just gone so far in one way, bit too extreme.

Any good intentions she had previously is now totally distorted and insincere because she is now profiting off all this diet culture misery. Any opportunity to slip in a sly plug for her bikini range or book !
Morally wrong and she's clever enough - I don't buy the childish silly me act for one second- to know exactly what she's doing! It doesn't take these women long to show their true colours. I was a big fan of hers initially but soon saw through the act once the tone deaf and expensive ads started pouring in!
I wonder if the upcoming move is to the house they were having renovated? She's been very quiet about that!
They feel so unnatural! It’s like the script should be a conversation but it’s just her in her kitchen talking to herself. She does a lot of them ‘inspired by’ other content which is a euphemism for ‘speaking others’ words so that you share my content and not to original’. The one she’s done just now is a classic example, I have seen the ‘things your friends would never say about you’ as a set of images and instead of sharing that she’s made a weird stilted videoThe ‘acting’ reels she does are soooooo cringe - the dieting one from yesterday is hard to watch.
Stilted! Thats exactly it. Imagine asking your husband to film you pretending to think out loud in the hope you ‘go viral’They feel so unnatural! I'm no fan of Alex but that "you looked better before when you were thinner" message is completely not unintentional and I'm surprised the poll reflects saying it is. Some people are nastyyy.
Completely agree and have a feeling she won't be happy that people chose to give the person the benefit of the doubt ...as I did ...I saw that last night and I thought that would be hard to read at any stage. However, if did feel it was badly worded but still came across as a cry for help. Maybe I’m being free or short sighted but I agree with the majority. It didn’t come across kind or sensitive but she talks to much about her journey that I thought the person who sent it really was asking for help. Just my opinion of course, I couldn’t send something like that but then I am grateful to be happy in my skin. There but for the grace of God go I.
I think it was a genuine question. I think that people can understand and accept that being healthy (mentally and physically) is good but they can still miss their unhealthy body. Social pressure and the media etc etc…I'm no fan of Alex but that "you looked better before when you were thinner" message is completely not unintentional and I'm surprised the poll reflects saying it is.
