I've found some Frickles! Only one box, though, and I've been looking FREQUENTLY. They were hidden amongst the tempura tofu and tempura vegetables, with no shelf label. I almost hope they're horrible as I'm doubtful I'll find any more!
Looking at the Aldi online leaflet for this week and they're going to be doing another American theme which is including some... interesting crisp flavours.

I've taken photos of Lidl's "American" range before and sent them to a friend in New Jersey. She was baffled but also a tiny bit offended 
Has Lidl got any bakery specials on atm? I have to keep asking here because I’m useless and can’t find anything online. They used to have a webpage they updated. I haven’t been in the store since I moved house, need a good reason!
I got Millionaire's shortbread earlier in the week, don't know if it was good as bought for husband and kids. I think they also had little banana loaf cakes and chocolate and hazelnut pain au chocolat.
I've now been to three different Aldis, all in North/West London, and not even a sniff of the frickles

The Aldi gods are not pleased with us
I might try the Camden one in the near future or maybe the Finchley Road one but if I hit 5 with no success, I'm going to be fuming 🥲Can also confirm that NW London is frickle-less

) so I may need to take her out for lunch and then go to Aldi The 316 is the one bus I hate. Takes me from my house to part of where I've needed to be but it's a bloody nightmare.
The frickles are good - would definitely buy again, but they're not so amazing that I'll be devastated not to find any more. They're very vinegary and the pickle itself was quite crunchy - McDonald's gherkins are my ultimate pickle, so I prefer them a bit softer and sweeter. The batter crisped up really nicely. You don't get many in a box, so if you spot them and think you'll like them, buy multiple!
I rummaged through every box of tempura veg this evening, where the frickles sign was.. and eventually left with these instead.My joy of going into Aldi and seeing the label for frickles in the freezer only to find it was all tempura tofu. Best believe I looked through all the boxes to make sure none were being concealed
No frickles in Waltham Forest, except for the one box I found a few weeks ago!
