I got the roasted garlic mayo in the jar from Lidl, hadn’t seen it before and thought it looked nice. How wrong was I… it tastes really weird imo, neither like mayo or garlic and is quite sweet 🤢🤢🤢

On a more positive note I stocked up on the Aesop dupe body wash, I love it!! It smells lovely and doesn’t irritate my psoriasis which is always very welcome.
I actually loved it!

Also loving all the new fresh pasta in Lidl.

Got the Sol dupe and very excited to try it. Even if half as good, £3.99 is more acceptable than whatever it was I spent on the original.

Lidl voucher today is money off Halloween crisps... husband has picked up a pack of the scorpion ones...(He likes spicy/hot things so we'll see how he finds them..)

Aldi They had rows and rows of McGuigan Reserve - Pinot Grigio New Australian here in Wales at £4.15 ish abottle this week and really liked it - bought a couple of bottles to try it and it was lovely. My friend went back yesterday and it has all gone. Another Aldi good buy which is not there now - those Bilash Curries were wondefull and good value for money and wish they were there all the time
My friend and I went into a good curry house in Liverpool yesterday for lunch and had a fish curry and a chicken curry with shared pilau rice and garlic nan and 2 non alco cockatil and it was £40 each - sod that.
Bring back the lovely Aldi curries.

The other one is pistachio and salted caramel. I don’t know what number SDJ that is.
62. Just pulled it out and absolute liberties Lidl took with theirs looking at it side by side 😂 It's not 100% perfect but it's also holds more so.

I really want to try the 62 dupe as I’ve had the pistachio and salted caramel SDJ before but they only had the pink dragonfruit one in my lidl. Smelled ok but not my fave.

I was gutted with the Aesop and lush dupes, I thought they all smelled horrible 🥲

What are everyone’s best buys at Aldi at the minute?! Going tomorrow…

I tried the garlic and herb flatbreads last week. The best I’ve ever had!! Did them in the air fryer for 4 mins sprinkled with water. As good as any restaurant style naan IMO

Does anywhere else do similar styles of the wooden birthday cake and coffee toys? I refuse to buy them from the vinted huns selling them at an extortionate price but really want to get something similar!

Argos do a similar cake in the chad valley range.

I've always loved the ikea food stuff play sets.

Lidl Snacktastic Bats & Ghosts crisps - both Tomato and Pickled Onion.

Might just as well have picked up some plain pom bears - no flavour at all, and the ones that did have a flavour must've been flavoured in a different factory and these caught the dust on a following wind.

Pointless and very disappointing - thank goodness they'll be gone in a short time as they seem to be Halloween type stock

The dark chocolate halloween cornetto type things from lidl are very tasty. Reminded me of a posh farm shop ice cream, very rich.
