I've just been trawling through my Tattle bookmarks for things previously recommended, so I have a few more ideas now. I'll go check out if they're still available - soup, shortbread, stollen, panetonne, nuts, After 8 own brand and chocolate bars. Plus the Merry Berry Jam from M and S which was raved about.
Regarding the moaners etc I'll just say you're trying it for the price of a raffle ticket if you win so quit moaning!
Start as I mean to go on as I'll probably be doing it every year now. 🙄
That is nice jam from M & S but the Seedless Raspberry one is my favourite plus the Sicilian Lemon Curd.

They had Nescafe coffee in a posh tin on special buys which are good. The hazelnut & almond nougat & the Specially Selected chocolate & salted caramel cookies are a favourite if you are looking for some sweet options for your hamper.

Any recommendations for stuff you like that I can put in a Christmas hamper for a raffle?
When I've asked people what they'd like to see in a Christmas hamper number one was crackers! I've picked up some cheese twists from Aldi but I'm stumped on what crackers to get.
Then that probably means getting a jar of some chutney but I don't know the nice ones 🤷‍♀️
I've bought some crisps and 2 mini Christmas puds but that's it. 🤷‍♀️
The onion chutney is soooo nice

Made the mistake of eating 5 of these… pray for me and my toilet 🙏🏻

5 isn’t exactly excessive consumption!! Is it?!
PS: sorry for completely lowering the tone of the thread 😂

I ate half a packet of the foamie things ages ago & all I can say is thank god I was in the house at the time. Sugar free sweets are banned in this house after that.
Thoughts are prayers are with your tummy (&your bum hole) at this difficult time 🙏

Loving the Lidl Lush shower gel dupes , went back for a couple more of the rose scent one, a very good dupe for rose jam.

Braved the wooden toys in Lidl - what a difference to Aldi last week, no drama and plenty of everything. I was in and out in 10 minutes with everything on my list (including the kitchen which is lovely!)

I wonder if the Aldi Rhode dupe peptide lip treatments are worth buying ? I fancy trying them but it is quite a drive to the Aldi nearest to me that actually stocks any beauty special buys, unfortunately my local Aldi rarely gets them in..

I got the roasted garlic mayo in the jar from Lidl, hadn’t seen it before and thought it looked nice. How wrong was I… it tastes really weird imo, neither like mayo or garlic and is quite sweet 🤢🤢🤢

On a more positive note I stocked up on the Aesop dupe body wash, I love it!! It smells lovely and doesn’t irritate my psoriasis which is always very welcome.

I bought a cleaning spray from Aldi which sounded nice, natural ingredients and blood orange fragrance. Thought it'd be fresh and zesty but it smells like Terry's chocolate orange 🤣

The body wash is so lovely! It smells like a boujee spa. And I also have psoriasis and it hasn’t irritated mine either so it’s a def winner, I’m going to stock up on my next visit too.
