On the back of the pot I have it says 125g is the serving amount. I mix mine with Greek yoghurt.

I saw Lidl is now also selling Kefir as part of their protein range. It’s in a bottle but it’s got added sweeteners in it which I’m not keen on.
750mls bottles of Kefir in Aldi for £1.99. The plain one doesn't have sweeteners or sugar added but just noticed there is sugar in the mixed berry one but not much as there is only 10cals per 100mls difference in them. There is a 2 week sell by date on them so bought them incase I run out of yogurt.

Can I ask how long do you think that Eau de Toilette should last. I went into M & S today and had a liberal spray of their Black Pepper E de T and quite honestly after about an hour I couldn't smell it any more. I did it as a test but wasn't impressed but do Aldi dupes last any longer?

I'm not sure if I'll have time before leaving tomorrow but does the UK Lidl have trail mix, with the smarties, or is it just Ireland? Google isn't helping me here 😕

Does anyone know if these Aldi glass dishes are oven safe? Not the lid obviously. I don’t have the cardboard sleeve any more which said on it 🤦🏻‍♀️ and the webpage doesn’t exist because the item isn’t for sale now.

If they've come with a plastic lid I would guess not, all my oven safe glass ware has come with a glass lid.

Earlier this year I bought some 'everything but the bagel' type seasoning from Aldi. At the time it was just in with the herbs and spices, I remember seeing it for ages after I bought it. Except now I've run out and it seems like it might have been a special buy, there's no sign of it in my local store any more. Kicking myself that I didn't buy more sooner!

Has anyone seen anything similar in other supermarkets? Failing which am going to have to try and make my own, as all the ones on Amazon are ridiculously expensive! 😐
I've run out of the spicy one

I’ve just had mine with the mushroom rice and I had loads of prawns too. I was surprised by how many.

In other news, the Aldi I frequent by my workplace is getting a refit at the moment. Excited to see what it’s like when it reopens.
One of ours was done years ago and it ended up looking like Marks and Spencer!

The Goan prawn curry one is delicious. Click on this - they are all there.
I had the chicken biryani for tea. Very nice. I've put the Keralan style chicken in the freezer with the pilau rice and veg samosas.
They were cleaned out of the chicken pakoras so I'd be interested to know if they're really nice. The pickles were untouched.
Last year they were cleaned out of the samosas. This year I could only see veg ones - no space for the lamb ones. There were only 2 rice options.
Luckily this year there was no need to mountaineer up the shelves to get mine and other shoppers choices down. 🤭😏

I do not recommend the Lidl apple strudel cider. 3.2%, I think, but it got poured down the sink. Absolutely disgusting. Too sweet, poorly spiced and syrup rather than quaffable.

Random question - what sort of expiry dates are on the curries? (And is it worth a detour to pick some up?!)
