The best thing I ever bought for the kitchen was a kenwood mini chopper. I bought it when Delia popularised it, probably 15 years ago still going strong, use it all the time.

Yes that is what I did. I am an absolute sucker for a gadget and bought one (very similar to this, they have imporved it since) from Lakeland when I bought my first Airfryer a long time ago, it only does chips or sticks but I love it. I was hoping they wouldn’t be as good as the garlic ones so that I wouldn’t be tempted. WRONG. Delicious. I even warmed them up again in the oven - omg.

I got an amazing Baccarat Rouge dupe from an Irish company called the Essence Vault. Think I got three in some kind of deal but honestly, there's little to no difference and it's also an EDP.
Went to a little Aldi, because it was nearby to me at the time, and got this.

saw that the aldi sol de janeiro spray dupes are coming back, did anyone here try them last time and if so what did you think? I haven't tried the actual sdj ones yet but really like the look of them, I'd probably try the aldi ones first if they're any good
They're ok, similar. I've heard good things of the home bargains dupes and I have the shower gel, seems similar to sdj
Can I ask how long do you think that Eau de Toilette should last. I went into M & S today and had a liberal spray of their Black Pepper E de T and quite honestly after about an hour I couldn't smell it any more. I did it as a test but wasn't impressed but do Aldi dupes last any longer?
I’ve got that perfume from M&S & even layered with the body lotion it doesn’t last. I honestly don’t think any of the cheaper “dupes” do. They smell the same but they don’t last. I’ve got a Bacarat Rouge dupe (however you spell it !) and that’s the same.
The red temptation from Zara lasts the ENTIRE day, try that

Thank you - think I will find a "real" one which is not too heavy.. Years ago I wore heavy perfumes like Poison etc and loved them but now they are not for me. I have Chanel 5 which I found in my MIL bedroom when she died but I really don't like it - I use it as house spray when I go out of the door.
I used to wear hypnotic poison or black opium. I loved them but I quickly realised there was a link between these perfumes and the amount of rhinitis I was experiencing
what I’ve done now is mixed my favourite essential oils with a carrier oil and use a mini rollerball bottle! Made myself a lovely smelling perfume and it often lasts 2 days. Less allergic reaction too
