The Weetabix advert that adds the suffix "a-Bix" to the end of every sentence.

Another Verisure one compliments of the School of Cardboard Actors.

Some woman witterring-on about her new alarm and how safe she feels turns her colleague into a paranoid wreck over it to the degree he MUST get one too

Followed by a gruesome Step One ad featuring beardy bloke gyrating about in psychadelic pants to a disco soundtrack 😲

New to this thread, glad it exists as there's so many adverts I hate.

Ads I have to mute: anything with Phillip Schofield and Ant & Dec, Jet2 Jess Glynne song, Dominoes yodelling, Climate Pledge annoying kids.

All woke ads with an agenda or message. Many of them don't feature their products so it's difficult to tell what they are actually trying to advertise.

The Air B&B ads with the photo montages and song playing over the top. They always look like the beginning part of a cheap true crime series, and they give me the shivers. You know the sort of thing - portentous voiceover: Andrea and Bob (insert happy smiling photo, chirpy music) had no idea what was in store for them as they walked into their holiday cottage. By the end of the week all that would be found would be Bob's dentures and Andrea's little toe....

Just seen the Always Platinum sanitary towel advert for the first time. Oh dear, the woke element is not a good one. It's contradictory because health professionals are concerned about how much obesity is costing the NHS every year. Yet advert makers want to normalise it but it has such a worrying impact on health and can shorten someone's life span.

Any plant based adverts. So tiresome & the products are filled with Frankenstein tit. 😬

So many adverts on my Instagram feed feature extremely overweight women pulling on shape wear or modelling tights. It does seem to be coming fetish based advertising but I may be wrong, just noticed it's a lot more prevalent.

David Seaman and that very amateur Safestyle Ad, very cringy. Must be for the money to keep his 3rd wife in the life to which she has become accustomed. She was in Housewives of Cheshire but don't watch it so don't know if she is still there.

New Head and Shoulders - the line " look at this puppy " it is a bottle of shampoo not a dog for goodness sake.

During sports on ITV, there seems to be a lot of ads for erectile dysfunction products. One of them just reels off a long list of alternative nicknames for a pen. Awkward when you've got kids in the room.

The Ionos(?) advert with the odd woman with the big hair - just weird.

Step One pants - perhaps some of the worst adverts I've ever seen alonside Calgon and Verisure

I get Irish telly here on my satellite box (no I have no idea why seeing as it was bought in Kent).

Currently they are running this truly bizarre ad to which I can readily state completely baffles me, its not for a Product nor a service, its just a collection of unconnected random images like two blokes snogging or a dozen or so boulders levitating over a river with the soundtrack of some geezer witterring-on equally random drivel. All you get at the end are three letters onscreen - I can't recall what they are - and thats it!

I'm wondering because its so weird if its irish Channel 4 pr something?

New to the thread and not sure if it's been mentioned. I hate all of the Hello Fresh adverts that have been on youtube. I get the same one all the time with the woman talking about why she loves it and why it's better than food shopping. I find the adverts for Huel to be really annoying as well, I don't think it looks that good no matter how many times people rave about how good it's meant to be.

Also there's a bank of Scotland advert with this small woman, meant to be a comedian, who talks about how great Scottish people are. I find it very annoying. And all the Just Eat Advert/Deliveroo ones

The latest Vodafone radio advert. She really seems to be exaggerating the up and down pitch of her voice in this one. I have to mute her.

That Safestyle ad! OMG! What infants school produced that and why did they even imagine that Davd Seaman could "act"
Theres me thinking the original version of their campaign years ago with Reg Holdsworth from Corrie was bad enough but this has excelled!!

Sorry if either been mentioned but:

The one with that SIA song that goes ‘show you how strong I am .. I’m unstoppable’ etc etc

Honestly just makes me cringe it’s a rit song and over used

I think the "I'm unstoppable today" bit is the only time I've ever heard Sia and understood what she is singing.
