Agree about the Christmas ads they are all terrible but the Asda grinch one drives me nuts 
John Lewis must have the most successful ad, simply because no one knows what it is about and they keep watching it and talking about it to see what it means.

I only like the Tesco one cos it isn't dripping in sentiment. I think it's gone way too far now with brands trying to outdo each other with the most convoluted story they can think of, whole storylines that carry over from previous years and announcements before the ad like it's a bloody feature film. Give it a rest!
