I agree, but I think it's the original version. Alicia Keys does tend to veer towards the unlistenable when she's belting them out.
Alicia Keys hits many a bum note. That awful New York song was full of them.

Damn! It's bloody awful so assumed it was a cover artist. duck ever seeing that screeching mare, Alicia, live!

My new peeve is the woman who gets all indignant about mint sauce on the Morrison's advert.

The Vodafone one with Sam Ryder. Firstly it’s the way they react to the voiceover. It’s so cringe. And what teenager in the world would want to go to a Sam Ryder gig with their mum in matching t-shirts. Who comes up with this crap?

My partner also hates this one and swears every time it comes on.

My current hated one is an affordable funerals ad which looks like they've spent about 2p on it.

Oh, that girl who does the advert for Wild deodorant on youtube ads…she says ‘wild’ like ‘whhhhhhhhhhhhhharld’ and is talking to her alter ego about not wanting to share her deodorant because the refillable case has her name on it.

That stupid ad for Lenor Outdoorable . All those people bemoaning the fact that the weather conditions mean they can't dry their clothes outside. I mean, this fabric conditioner doesn't save the day - it doesn't DRY the bloody clothes! Grrrrr
---
Oh, and the awful Magnum ads, where those pig$ bite into their Magnum, making the most disgusting and deafening noise. It distresses me, seriously.

I saw an ad this evening for reusable period pants (can't remember the brand) talking about 'dribbley ones' and depicting blood gushing out in the shower 🤢

I know we are all supposed to be very accepting when it comes to periods now eg red liquid on a sanitary towel (obviously good things have progressed in many ways) but we don't have this graphic level around pooing - we don't see brown stains on some bog roll to see how good it is.

Not so long ago here in France they were selling brown bog roll! :poop:

Saw a nappy advert the other day that had some pretty realistic looking newborn poo rubbed into them to demonstrate the absorbency

Hate's a bit strong but I roll my eyes at that skincare advert with Louise Redknapp going 'here are my holiday photos' and it's just pictures of her face

Reminds me of the ad a few years ago for face cream where they grandly announced after using their product your skin would "feel visibly younger ". Work that one out if you can 🤭

She tries to make out that one pic shows her with bad skin but it’s only a picture taken in bad lighting or with a crappy camera/phone. There was nothing wrong with her actual skin

The Asda one where she sends him out for shopping condescendingly saying watch the budget. He comes back like 4 years later and she lists all the stuff Asda has and why didn’t he go there.

Half the stuff she’s listing wasn’t a thing 4 years ago so why would he? I mean it’s a stupid advert anyway but at least make it make sense (I’m possibly overthinking it).

and the hairbrushing shampoo one- my misophonia apparently can’t cope with hairbrush sounds or whispering so I have to mute or turn over every time, otherwise I want to smash my tv.
