I’m a nurse in oz and the reality is 45-50 hour weeks to make enough to live the “Aussie dream” and I don’t live in a big city where it def would be more hours in a week. If my day entailed what sinead and gemken be at which is basically running round after other people or pretending to be therapists It of course would be a lot easier to get up for all the sunrise stuff. They all play such an unrealistic highlight reel of australia they’re all so far removed from reality of Irish ex pats

The bread and butter will be tutoring. She’ll throw in the mental health workshops as extras. The whole concept is not new and she’s ripped it off from elsewhere.

It used to take her about 2 days of getting ready to go anywhere sure! Professional tan, professional hair, professional makeup - going around with the pin curls in her hair on the train and teaching (ridiculous). I know a family friend of her family and they told me that she had a complete melt down when her sister told the family she was pregnant because Caroline being older thought it should have been her first so I don't find launching this "book" on this date surprising at all. I think it's so Caroline can feel successful. Didn't she also do something on the child's christening? Had her cousin walking in front of her videoing her in a mint green outfit?

Caroline’s the middle child, but doesn’t seem to compete as much with her older brother. She just has such a complex.

The climb is a hike so no specialist climbing skills are necessary. You must have done extensive hill-walking or aerobic exercise in the run-up to your Kilimanjaro Climb. If you do not currently enjoy a good level of fitness it may take many months of training to reach a suitable level of fitness to enjoy the walk.

She’s protesting too much about how “happy” she is that she came home from Aus. I know people who moved after 20 years, people with kids and full lives and none of them make it as much of a big deal as she does.

I think it shows how unsettled she really is. A lot of us have travelled or moved about over the years but don’t go on about it. You just settle where you are and get on with it unless you’re not happy.
