I'm fairly sure Elon has been contributing' to the Grok AI though as it seems to take a major part of its learning from twitter this might be inherent rather than needing to be deliberate since his tweets get extra weighting - so it's already in a sense 'Musk AI'. Glad the owners of OpenAI told Elon to shove it.
Allowing bribes to foreign officials I believe follows the disbanding of the group that investigated foreign bribes to US officials so presumably there's a presidential percentage in there somewhere.
The 1-cent thing isn't his idea though, the US mint I think started moving on this a few years ago and IIRC has already stopped production? I think we should anticipate an imminent executive order for compulsory purchase at face value, to melt down for scrap value - guessing someone told him it costs 2c to make each 1c and this is how his mind works.

The problem with scrapping the 1c coin is that you'll then need more 5c coins and they cost 13c to make. The first coin that costs less than its value is the dime.
I had a feeling the situation would be something like this - though TBH I had been expecting it to be one or even two up from there.

... fortunately now clarified that it wasn't all for condoms and a completely different Gaza but still being partly repeated by Musk as part of his response to a question that points out that it was utter balls...

Dear God this whitehouse press briefing, Karoline Leavitt has clearly modelled her style of delivery on the same 'this is truth regardless of fact' method as the magnificently vehement astroturfing of North Korea's Ri Chun-hee.

Well, according to one Threads user, it could cost millions.
"Trump attending the Super Bowl will cost taxpayers an additional 4 million dollars," they claimed.
But over on Twitter the claims were even wilder.

The whataboutism has already started with them calling out Biden because he went to a game in 2021. What they seem to forget or are deliberately ignoring is that it was the Congressional Cup, a game held every year where Democrats play Republicans for charity, so not exactly the same thing at all. So DOGE has now taken over the government department which was the consumer financial watchdog and all staff were ordered to stop their current investigations. The department was set up to protect consumers after the financial crash of 2007/8. A department which cracks down on unfair practices and protects consumers from, amongst other things, dodgy financial practices by banks, credit providers and money lenders.
This happened about 1 week after the plans for a payment system via X, X money, were announced.

I’m sure that this will all go some way to helping bring down inflation and the price of groceries, which was, after all, what Trump won on and is in no way linked to yet another area that Musk and others might be investigated by the federal government.
