I started in January and was at target 1 by March, then reduced it and got there in May...and stayed there ever since. I lost just over 2 stone (started on step 3 as I go gym)
That's brilliant well done! I've a lot more to lose but I'm starting calorie counting first to see how I get on actually trying. If not I will go back to Cambridge

I'm basically just calorie counting now which is good. I do love a bar in the morning though lol

I’ve restarted. Good first week really stuck to it. Trying to deal with the fact I just want to eat foods for boredom/not hungry at all, which is hard!!! I gave up 14 years of smoking, 3 years ago, by going cold turkey which was easier than dealing with this slight binge eating thing

Is anyone else still following the plan? I’ve just restarted in a bid to shift some weight before Xmas. First week done and I’ve lost 5 & 1/2lbs so super happy with that! Struggling already this week though with wanted to actually eat “real” food!

Remember the lower steps are just short term steps. They're tough, absolutely but once at the higher steps then normal food comes back into it ❤. Keep going you can do it x

Few things I thought from new year were that 1- one day at a time and 2- life happens, I won’t miss out on day or night out over a diet 3- if progress is slow it’s fine!!!!

That’s really helpful, thank you. My consultant lady is so strict. She tells all her people (in a Facebook group) DO NOT EAT on days out with family, meals, Xmas etc. that’s not bloody healthy is it! Ridiculous.

I plan on just using her to buy the items and do it my own way as best as I can.

I think it’s definitely finding what works best for you. I know people may disagree. As theres other factors into each person, for me disordered eating. So if I restrict to 3 products and a 200 cal meal I may end up binging. I did some research on my calorie deficit and remaining within that and moving/walking.
Yes I won’t lost 1 stone per month but it’s not realistic for me. I like the bars as I have one for breakfast and 1 as a snack as well as 2 balanced meals. (Im more a snacker, I can’t do 3 strict meals a day!)

My advice...find a Diamond or gold consultant.
Im someone who's had (will always have) BDD and disordered eating. I've maintained for well over a year now since CWP. I have p products and live life relatively normally now

Do you not be afraid to get rid of a consultant, i had one that literally had more scared to eat a vegetable. Once I got rid I found it much easier

I’ve started today and I’ve just had my first product- the mixed berry yogurt ready made drink. I was shocked to see it says it has 29g sugar, surely that can’t be right 🙀
Thats right, its an absolute fad the cambridge diet is. Low in calories but full of absolute tit

I've also restarted and have a new consultant and it's going so much better this time around

Hello! I’m starting on Monday. Done the diet before about 5 years ago and lost 5 stone in total. But unfortunately life happened and I slowly put nearly all of it back on. Fingers crossed that I can do it again!
step 1b.

I was always boring really when I did step 2 and mostly had chicken and salad or tuna and salad. So not got any good meal ideas!
