Good god todays show was bloody awful. This menopause series is crap- last week they were in a bloody sauna in their back gardens! Todays feature was dull dull dull. Watching three women moan about menopause is tedious. Get on with it or get someone on who can give some actual medical advice! Rather than liz Earl bang on about juicing, kombucha etc.

Rochelle is horrendous. Trying to be Holly during the spin to win features and purposely missing her cues. Laughing inanely when it wasn’t funny was so cringy. She simply cannot interview and takes soooooooooooo long to form a question that you can tell the researchers have written for her. Put her on the competitions or keep her for the fashion segments. She cannot be a main presenter. Two weeks of this? God help us all.

Speakmans. “It’s not the *blank* that hurt you, it’s the other blank that did” repeated over and over for every caller. YAWN. If it’s not them, it’s Deirdre with her bloody “there’s a wonderful organisation called…” every time.

Interview a climate protestor- immediately afterwards cue Lisa Snowdon in Dubai! You can’t make this shit up.

It needs a complete revamp. Sorry this is long but needed to vent! Can’t believe how awful it is!

Poundland Paltrow embodies everything that's rotten in female society: she pumps her face full of shit to give the appearance of youth rather than promote the acceptence of being who she is (don't get me started on Vorderhag); she'll turn on the waterworks and use emotional blackmail to get what she wants from people; she married a TV executive because it would give her a leg-over, sorry leg-up, the career ladder; she flogs wellbeing and lifestyle tat while being a heavy smoker and doing gawd-knows what. The list goes on. Oh and she's a crap interviewer. But worst of all ... she constantly defends Meghan Markle ... but that's just my own personal bias coming into play!

Nothing to do with cancel culture its to do with respect for the actors and fellow audience. I love going to the theatre but it's expensive and I don't expect to have Joan beside me singing off key while I have professional singers on stage. If I go to the ballet I'm not going to try pirouette out of my seat, or to a play I'm not going to stand at the side of the stage and out act everyone on it!! It's the same principle at a musical, it's not a concert or karaoke.

Alison Hammond .. promoted above her ability .. due largely to her (genuine ) tears when a caller to TM spoke about their struggles with their weight.

I do think Alison is nice .. but maybe was subjected to coercive control. The BF father hinting at an engagement imo was to put pressure on her to agree

Ant McPartlin who ITV supported .. but threw Jeremy Clarkson to the wolves. ( albeit his comments were appalling & im not a Meghan Markle fan)

A caller rang in about her daughter who is struggling with obesity and Alison just broke down saying how she has struggled all her life with obesity and how it’s a disease and even though you know what you should and shouldn’t eat you can’t help it as your regulation system is broken. She was saying how people look down on you and think your lazy and the nhs help with anorexia etc but not obesity (this is because the caller said she had taken her daughter to the drs and is on a waiting list but because she is not underweight she’s not a priority). It did seem genuine and I think Dermot was really kind to her and handled it well.

Bring back Emma Willis and Rylan....3000% better than any pairing with Mollie. Dull as ditch water.

In Holly’s little speech at the top of the show she reminded me of when the Head Of Children’s TV addressed the viewers of Blue Peter after Richard Bacon was sacked for taking drugs

That same tone of addressing viewers as children in a slightly patronising way.

Why is Phil(th) so untouchable? John Leslie was ditched from This Morning immediately, even without any real evidence that he’d done anything wrong yet all these rumors about PS have been swirling around for years and nothing is said or done about it

Let’s discuss the top stories….YOU are the top story! It’s disgraceful how ITV close ranks around them. Loose Women would be ALL over this if it wasn’t Phil and Holly!

I really miss Éamonn and Ruth. I know they're not for everyone but I liked their dynamic and humour.

Willoughby is having a "well deserved day off" according to Hammond. She only works about four hours for four days a week for a fraction of the weeks in a year? Try being a supermarket delivery driver every day or any number of other jobs that lift a couple of tons a day, and then you can say you're having a "well deserved day off".

Please stop trying to make Josie Gibson the next Alison Hammond. One of them is enough

Shirley Ballas, Strictly judge, is on at the moment talking about doing a parachute jump in aid of CALM, a suicide prevention charity, as her brother had committed suicide some years ago

Alison asked how Shirley’s mum feels about her doing it and Shirley said that her mum lives with her and they both still feel the loss of her brother and when she told her what she was doing her mum said “I’m not talking to you” but after explaining why she was doing it she understood but she won’t go and watch her do it as she’s nervous

Alison then says the following: “She’s already lost one child, to lose another…..I know that’s not going to happen as there is safety…..” then realises what she said.
