I disagree. Especially about your comment about never reporting someone just because of their posts on Instagram.
We are adults. I believe it’s all our responsibility to look out for the safeguarding of children. If something seems amiss, it’s worth reporting and then the professionals can go and do their job and check it out. SMD has posted some very questionable things in the past that I truly believe are akin to neglect and I think reporting (just in case) was the right thing to do.
Sorry, lurker here, please don't come for me, but if the doxxed poster was convinced enough that Sophie's children were in danger to report it to SS, why not have the courage of her convictions and stand by her actions once she was exposed? Instead she apologised, deleted her accounts and basically took it all back. If I was
genuinely concerned for an Instagram posters child(ren) then you can bet your ass I'd report it, and I wouldn't retract anything because I'd only report it if I was very, very sure there was an issue
