I was a working single mother aged 17 in 1997, bought my first house a year later. Met a man and married (not a man who scammed people and ‘kept me’ in boob jobs & IVF) 2 children later and he died (uninsured) I worked throughout and put myself through university (whilst working and not claiming benefits) with all 3 kids in tow. I’m now a band 8 critical care advanced practitioner. I’ve paid for everything I had/have and at a few financially low points worked 7 days a week whilst struggling with childcare (and also then during covid when we were knee deep in very sick patients).

She can get to fuck if she thinks she’s some kind of heroic girl who made good.

Ps) I now own a 5 bed house outright which I fully renovated by myself, my self funded howdens kitchen that my dad put in for me is amazing

Had to have a search after seeing the post on here and straight from the horses mouth on Facebook about how’s she’s lied and used the mothers matter charity for her own glory. I really think she’s the lowest of the low and pray she gets her comeuppance

Hi Charlotte I’ve had an idea, I think you should launch your own fashion label, a bit like ptwm but yours should be called Greedy Scammers! I’ve done a few designs for t-shirts that I think your followers would love! I’d obviously get commission on every sale because they are my designs but let me know what you think. Each t-shirt will sell for £35 each and if people buy 10 they will be entered into a pretend raffle to win a none existent kitchen. Your followers will go mad for them and your popularity will soar! What do you think?

I very very rarely post on tattle but I've been in tears this afternoon due to her posts. I've had two complete breakdowns in my life most recently in February 2020 and I was completely shattered. I certainly wasn't thinking about going away... Filming my meals or getting my skin looking right. I was looking at what river I could jump in or how to end it all. I found getting up and being there for my family so bloody hard. It took me months and months to finally start to recover and even now I hold scars as I'm sure do millions of others who have been in the same situation.

This is so damaging to so many people who have genuinely broken down. If I had seen this then I really don't know how it would have affected me. Its really really upset me.

She's planned it all out so make this come back and it's just ridiculous. I have also seen so many posts saying 'ah anyone else cry watching Mrs Greedy this morning' yes.. Yes I did but not for the same reason as you lot.

If she had just left it as... I needed a break from Instagram for a bit and I'll be back but to say it's a breakdown it's just a joke.

Anyone that has gone through a breakdown please know this is not reality and reach out and get professional help.

The police took her phone and questioned her. And she is innocent clearly as she didn't get charged?

It sounds like an abusive relationship tbh. The age gap was huge. It's very plausible that she knew nothing. I feel like if Emma were a man we would believe this story more? Many women don't know anything about their husbands finances and businesses.

Gotta admit she's changed my mind completely with this. She should have done it much sooner.

Update from the last thread:

More Tattlers have become aware of Greedy’s colourful past whereby her ex partner (co parent to her children) had been convicted of scamming elderly people for thousands of pounds. This all occurred whilst in a relationship with Greedy however Greedy denies any involvement in the scamming.

After starting and failing numerous diets and exercise regimes this year, as part of Greedy’s never ending and exhausting mission to convince everyone on Instagram (and herself) that she is happy with her body, she went under the knife and had her implants removed. She promptly then went away with H for yet another well deserved mini break and soaked her new surgery wound in a hot tub which resulted in a wound infection. Greedy of course claimed that the infection was so severe she was practically on deaths door, however she was never hospitalised. She took to her sofa and insisted on COMPLETE REST. Whilst H ran around making and spraying the bed under Greedy’s critial eye. Greedy was busy airing her tit all day. This soon stopped when she didn’t get the attention she so desperately craved.

greedy and H got a dog who was immediately set up with his own Instagram account. Cat content has since been at an all time low. Greedy splashed out on a variety of bespoke hand made harnesses for the puppy who has now doubled in size rendering her purchases useless. She didn’t receive the attention or freebies she desired so dog content dried up.

Greedy spent a number of weeks hinting at a BIG REVEAL trying to whip her followers in to a frenzy. The reveal was finally exposed to be that Greedy and H have bought a house. Greedy then appeared on stories to reveal what we all already knew, her old house is Council and she didn’t own it. The thousands earned from swipe ups she has spend on renovating the garden, installing fire walls etc was all for a property she didn’t even own. So we can only assume this was done to keep up appearances on the gram.

We waited with baited breath for the house tour of their new abode. Greedy pointed her finger aggressively and turned her nose up at every detail of the house, and reeled off a list of renovations she intends to complete. It seems she doesn’t actually like anything about the house except the balcony. She also attenpted to explain how the front is the back and the back is the front. The garden is reminiscent of Telly Tubby hill and completely unsuitable for young children to play. She doesn’t have off street parking at this property but thats ok, she plans to purchase the cul de sac turning circle to use for her own personal parking. Be interesting to see how that pans out.

Greedy also carelessly showed many landmarks during the tour making it extremely easy for anyone to find her address online. She also filmed neighbouring private gardens. Her neighbours must be thrilled.

Greedy became emotional on her stories talking about her rags to riches story. She wishes she could help other people who are struggling. Numerous screenshots have been shared of Greedy selling her previously gifted house items on Facebook. Shame she couldn’t gift them to those people she’s apparently desperate to help.

You know what Greedy, if it makes you feel better to assume im really unhappy then go ahead. I honestly couldnt care less about your opinion. I highly doubt thinking that makes you feel any less shit about yourself though hun.

Few things money cant buy, respect, integrity and happiness. I think all three are seriously lacking in your life.

Dont try to say you set up your platform just to make people laugh. What are you now, a comedian as well as an influencer, fashion designer, skin care expert, etc? Perhaps if you were a little more honest you wouldn’t be in this position. You saw the likes of Hinch making money from Instagram and tried to jump on the bandwagon.

Ask yourself this though Greedy, why have you got a thread on here? Why hasnt every influencer got a thread? You are certainly not the biggest presence on Insta, not even close. How do other people manage to run a successful and lucrative Instagram account without any of this? Perhaps instead of blaming everyone else look at yourself.

Maybe stop trying to ‘do all of the things’ ive never seen someone try and jump on everything like you do, reeks of desperation. You cant seem to get your story straight at all, wasn’t that long ago you were claiming to only use Simple skin care and know nothing. and now of course you are an expert who only uses Elemis…. Because you can provide a swipe up. Its cringeworthy. And thats just one example.

Also if you so desire the benefits of being employed like a HR department why not go get yourself a normal job? Oh but you wont will you because you wouldn’t last 5 minutes in the real world working hard like the majority of the population. Come work a shift with me in A&E, you can complain all you like to HR, thats if you can find the time because most shifts I dont even get time to eat, and thats in 13 hrs. But honestly I wouldn’t swap lives with you, I love my job, I love my life. I have reapect from others and ive built a career that will last me till retirement. You made your choice, I made mine, and I have zero regrets. Bet you cant say the same.

Greedy’s “story” is NOT a rags to riches story and she is NOT a grafter.
Graft is hard work. There is nothing hard about becoming well known online. That’s a slap in the face for every person who has done real hard work and made real sacrifices is life. I’m not saying she hasn’t done that in the past but that isn’t what she does now and it isn’t what she did to be who she is known as now.
I just want to remind the delusional out there that not one single thing on Instagram - NOT ONE - is real or true to life. Every picture is staged, edit and filtered. Every link is an ad or an affiliate link. They do not love the products they tell you they do. They do not care about you, no matter how many times they say it. Every video is practiced a number of times, nothing is just filmed and uploaded, it takes a few attempts, then it is filtered and then uploaded. Nobody wants to show you their real body, the fact that they and their partner argue, the fact that they’ve been sent bills to pay that they can’t afford, the fact that they’ve taken out loans to buy things to show off with (or rented it or borrow it). This is FACT. They don’t want you to see that because the only thing that keeps them going is followers and they won’t have people following if they aren’t someone to “look up to”…. And how do they achieve that? They need to appear to have things you don’t and/or can’t have. Emphasis on the word ‘appear’ there. Instagram is an illusion and everyone on it is fake. Including Charlotte Greedy.

I recently started to follow her when she announced she bought the house. That was a few months ago & I have no idea what kind of account she is. I thought she was similar to Mrs.Hinch, Stacey Solomon with the cleaning, DIY on the cheap, home decorating etc., but I have yet to see anything close to that. All it's been is poorly explained home renovation ideas, advertisements disguised as 'hauls', teeth & spit (so many teeth & so much spit), vacations that are always presented as 'needed' & prefaced with 'it's been so long since...' but is really just a vacation. It doesn't matter if it's camping with the girls, a girls weekend away, a weekend in London, a family trip to Blackpool, a 1st ever spa retreat, they are ALL vacations. She uses every excuse to not post content & when she does post, it's nothing but showing the same rooms in the exact same state of construction. Wait, she did throw some dirt on a vase sooooo that's maybe an up cycle DIY? Even tho it ended up costing more then if she bought a new vase without dirt falling off of it. But what do I know, i'm a new follower from the US! I'll end with her woe is me post the other night about her ex. My biggest takeaway was when she said that she shouldn't post the story to her IG & save it for a book & then charge people $10 to read it! WTF?? Does she really think anyone would pay money to read about her life? Oh no honey, you aren't that special & from what i've been able to google in the short time i've been following, she's a lazy, unoriginal, poor excuse for an influencer who has a shady past herself & her IG gravy train won't be around long enough to support the lifestyle she's currently living.

Things I am not jealous of:

- the dumb act she puts on thinking it makes her look cute

I get the ugly comments are probably not great but people are entitled to an opinion you don't need to be nosey and find out what everybody thinks of you.
