I loathed Millie's posh bird drawl on the first couple of series of MiC but had considerably more time for her when she got with Pro Green, I found some aspects of their life pretty aspirational. The minute she got back with Hugo, though, who let's face it, looks exactly like Roland the Rat, I noped out.

She's like the millennial version of the Greek chick from Common People: have your token bit of rough then go back to the poshos where you're comfortable.

In no means disregarding her anxiety and MH struggles and other people's, I just wish she would acknowledge her privilege and how lucky she is to have the time and money to do these things. For most people struggling they don't have the time, luxury and space to stop. She's just so out of touch

I genuinely feel people like her, Ashley James, Louise Thompson etc all have these issues (or say they have these issues) because they literally have nothing to do. They are bored. Although life for us mere mortals isn't exactly a blast most of the time and we have a hell of a lot of juggling to do in day to day life, I think we fare better because we have purpose. We get up in the morning because we have a real job to go to, or we have kids to get ready (or both). Our days are packed whether we want them to be or not and of course that brings it's own issues, but on the whole, id rather hear about the MH of someone like me, than someone who 'enjoys' a pampered princess life.

It’s not a competition: there is no easy way to give birth.

There are drawbacks to a c section too, pregnancy and birth can be very hard, we don’t need to compete over who had it hardest.

I’m so confused by her post. Am I the only one who had my newborn with me on my chest in the couch for months as I watched tv with my husband at night? What’s her complaint exactly? That she can’t put the baby to sleep in her own room or…? All I did with my newborn was watch netflix and chill…I really don’t get it…

Not very nice of me to say but she’s spoilt, lazy, entitled, self-indulgent, self-important, dim, vacuous, delusional and absolutely nondescript both in personality and appearance. Can’t think of a single redeeming quality about her.

And if you’re reading this Millie, I’m not jealous - there are plenty of people with greater privilege that I admire.

Maybe I’m too sensitive but does anyone else think taking their newborn on a plane full of other people’s germs right now seem a little unnecessary?

rich kids are the worst especially with coke and ket. Posh girls will use coke because it’s ‘cheap’ and hardly any calories unlike alcohol! I went to bristol university so spent a lot of time with the yahs!

I did always wonder why she married Professor Green, I know they say opposites attract and all that but what a random pairing

I think it was rebelling going with a 'bad boy'. She was nutty and would have blazing rows, they'd be high and fighting. Class war in a marriage, basically.

Aurelia is four months old. It’s awful taxing on them just getting in and out of one outfit never mind a whole try on session for her image obsessed mother. Just goes to show what Millie is all about really. She sees her children as dolls.

I’ve just been on insta for the first time today and her post about her basement was the first thing that popped up. I’d just been reading about children sheltering in basements in Ukraine on the bbc news. Maybe I’m over sensitive but today isn’t the day for advertising this. So so over the likes of Millie today.
