There's no debate that working in the music industry would be really difficult, solo or in a group. The pressure is immense, you are held up on this platform expected to be something you're not a lot of the time and one wrong move can have you plummet back to earth.
HOWEVER!!!!!!!! Not being able to switch off, having to compromise on work, not being able to do what you want?? Sounds a lot like every job I've ever had Jesy.
What she has essentially done is, she has quit a job because it's not for her anymore, fair enough, but then keeps going back to the place of work to tell them how much better she is having left. Her career is now based on being an ex little mix member since she's left it nearly a year without having released all this music she keeps banging on about. The girls have done at least 4 music videos, released a new album, had 3 babies between them and all in the middle of a pandemic.
No excuse Jesy, pet.

I really hope Jade does well in her solo career, I know there’s chat about her social media presence being off-putting currently, but I work for a children’s charity and whenever we contacted LM over the years, the response was ALWAYS a video / zoom call / visit from Jade for the fan. None of the others. Ever. I just have such a soft spot for her because of this. I do think she’s a genuinely good person at heart.

Oh god - wake up!!!!! Little Mix are the same as every other cardboard cutout manufactured group - it’s all fake. Everything they do, say, wear, everyone they date, everything is very carefully choreographed and planned by a team of PR people. they would have always been told to put on the act of all being best mates - it’s classic, done to death PR spin that is drummed into every group going.

I do not understand the whole "no one is gonna expect this" ??? She's made it perfectly clear she wants to do R&B so why would it be unexpected? If she came out with a heavy metal album, THAT would be unexpected!

I'm genuinely gutted for Leigh-Anne. The injustice of it all! I also know for a fact that Jesy wouldn't feel quite so comfortable giggling away if Perrie or Jade had been Nicki's target, but she knows Leigh is the weak link (in terms of both the LM fandom and demeanour - she's clearly the softest of the girls and would be the most hurt by this).

What I wouldn't give to be a fly on the wall in Jade's house right now - her and Jordan are both the perfect mix of intelligent, witty and blunt. We're missing out on some great one-liners!

I do not understand this whole "I love Black culture, it's all I know" nonsense. She has white parents! White friends! She grew up in Romford, I don't know much about it but I haven't heard of it having a particularly high population of Black people? She did not grow up with "Black culture" she grew up with white peers that just listened to Black music. That's all.

The bad boys stuff is so cringe, I'm a year older than her and also grew up with a dad in prison, personally I wanted the complete opposite lifestyle to the one I grew up in so I picked the most average reliable nice guy to have kids with it's shit when you've got no stability as a kid and it's something I was determined to give my own kids. But I guess she'll never grow up. I notice how she can't seem to hold down a relationship but her three ex band mates have stable long term partners, perhaps she'll regret all this "bad boy" nonsense when she's a single mum with a useless baby daddy in prison or something

I never liked Jesy when she was in LM but since she left she's got even more unlikable. Cracked me up on Radio 1 they played her new song and said she said its because she's into bad boys / always goes for them, can hardly describe Chris Hughes as a bad boy lol.

If I was Leigh Perrie and Jade I would be so angry right now! Jesys interview ... I don’t even know what to say. I think it’s the way she just throws them off “the other 3 girls” “I didn’t want to wear what they wanted” “I wouldn’t listen to their music” “I would try and starve myself because they were skinny”. She’s throwing HER insecurities onto other people. Almost as if she’s blaming them for it. Absolute narcissist

At the end of the video it lists the director and producers.. all are white Says it all and why they completely missed the marker. Stealing from black culture, blackfishing and not even working with black creators. The irony!!!!

I feel like Jesy Nelson is one of those people who's probably more attractive than photogenic. Whilst I don't think she's in any way fat, she is bigger than the other girls in the group, and certainly when LM first appeared, Perrie was pushed by the label as the 'beautiful' one, so Jesy has styled herself to be the 'sexy' one in order to try and feel better about herself.

And Leigh-Anne has shared how she was told in the early days of the group that she'd have to work twice as hard as the rest of them because of the colour of her skin.

The only one who hasn't shared having body image issues is Perrie, but she was picked apart by the Zayn fans when they dated. All four of them had their own struggles with how they were perceived, but I think Jesy is the only one to shift the blame onto the others.

There’s rumours going around that Little Mix are going to release something special music wise on the 20th August to celebrate their 10th anniversary, however, Jesy is planning to release some solo music on the same day. If that is true, then Jesy should prepare herself for a lot of backlash.

I wouldn’t even say that I’m a huge little mix fan but who’s right is it for someone to dictate someone else’s value? Who cares how they came about-they have positively impacted a lot of fans with their music and I think it’s gross to undermine that because they aren’t out their playing guitars or writing songs from start to finish. This always happens with things that attract a mainly female audience-it gets shat on and belittled.
