1 - You’d have to be a seriously malicious and spiteful excuse of a person to think that let alone say it, and to a child.
2 - it’s not true. Drug abuse is not chosen over parenthood, it’s a toxic coping mechanism that wrecks lives. As we see.
He loved his son and his son loved him. Trashing that relationship the day he died says a lot more about the people doing it than it does him.
Poor little Bear my heart hurts for him.
